The high Voltage transformers of TMC Italia are commercializes in many European states and used as power supply transformers and big distribution transformers.
The whole manufacturing system of the power transformers meets the exacting requirements of the quality standard ISO 9001 - VISION 2000.
The close collaboration with the parent company, allows TMC Italy to produce also special transformers, such as the transformer with on-load tap change.
TMC high Voltage transformers standard accessories are: high Voltage terminals on fixed insulator integral with the high Voltage coil, low Voltage terminals with aluminum bars for the connection with the copper bars of the plant, lifting eyes, towing holes, off-load tap changing links, bi-directional rollers, earthing terminals, rating plate.
Moreover, on request you can have: medium tension protective caps, elbow connectors, transformer anti-vibration pads to reduce the vibrations and noise level, ducted ventilation systems, metal enclosures ranging from IP20 or IP23 to IP31, spare set of probes for monitoring the temperature, electrostatic screen for windings between the primary and secondary windings in cases where the transformers are used for continuous power supply systems, temperature control relay with visual temperature display for the control panel, thermometer with magnetic free probe.
